We currently deliver:

- Metropolitan France ( free delivery)

- European Union

- Canada (variable fees + possible customs fees)

(The French overseas departments and territories are not yet served.)

Preparation times

All orders are prepared within 24 hours , including weekends.

During pre-sale or launch periods, preparation may require additional time.

- Colissimo: 2 to 4 business days

- Mondial Relay: 3 to 5 business days

European Union

4 to 7 business days

Canada

6 to 12 business days

Delivery times are provided by the carriers and may vary depending on peak periods.

Order tracking

Each order is shipped with a tracking number sent by email as soon as it leaves the country.
You can track your package at any time.

If you can't find your follow-up email, remember to check your spam folder.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully before confirming your order.
In case of error:

- If the order has not yet been shipped , contact us quickly for correction.

- If the order has already been shipped , it will be automatically returned to us.

You can choose to have it returned (shipping costs will be your responsibility).

- or a refund minus the €8 corresponding to the costs incurred for the first shipment.

Package marked as delivered but not received

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

1. Check with your family/neighbors/building manager
2. Check the location via tracking
3. Contact us if you still haven't received anything.

A sworn statement and proof of identity may be required to open a carrier investigation.
If the client does not respond within 14 days , the case will be automatically closed.
